Reservation Policy:
All bookings are from Saturday arriving no earlier than 12 noon to Saturday departing no later than 10:00AM.
Extended Reservations to be negotiated.
 
Payment Policy :
50% deposit rental fee due upon booking will secure your reservation. Balance, food/drinks kitty due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal/company/cashier's/traveller's cheques, Western Union, international money orders and wire transfers. Sorry, Credit cards are not accepted. There is a $500.00 refundable security deposit. A 10% gratuity will be added for the staff.
 
Cancellation Policy:
If it becomes necessary for the tenant to cancel the lease for any reason, there will be no refunds. Deposit can be used toward a future reservation within one year from the time of cancellation.
